Return & Exchange Policy

At Haya Vesture, we carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure you receive the best quality. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  • In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, this video may be required for verification.
  • Return or replacement requests for damaged or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video. The video should start before opening the package. Clearly show the sealed parcel and product inside. Be continuous without cuts
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Personal Preference

If you wish to return or exchange a product due to personal preference (such as color preference, style change, or other non-defect reasons):

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted depending on the situation.
  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Products bought during special promotions are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Return Request Process

All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • If you want an exchange and the item requested is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or offer alternatives.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
